Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Digital JD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Digital JD is a Leadership Intelligence System designed to provide executive clarity, strategic insight, and decision-making support. It is not a coaching product, therapy service, or substitute for professional advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

Our platform. The Digital JD platform itself — including its underlying system, software, models, prompts, operating processes, methodologies, frameworks, design, branding, and the way it analyzes information and generates and structures responses — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the Digital JD system, process, or any part of its underlying technology or method without our express written permission.

What you submit. You retain ownership of the information, scenarios, and other materials you submit to the Service ("Inputs"), and we respect any intellectual property rights you may have in them. By submitting Inputs, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, analyze, and use those Inputs — including in de-identified or anonymized form — to operate, train, improve, and develop the Service, and to build a library of real-world examples that makes the Service more accurate over time. You confirm you have the right to submit your Inputs and to grant this license.

How we protect your information when we reuse it. When we use conversations or scenarios to improve the Service or build our library of real-world examples, we de-identify them first. We remove or change identifying details — including replacing any names with different names, and altering any specific numbers or figures — so that the retained material cannot reasonably be traced back to you, your organization, or any individual. We use this de-identified material only to make the Service more accurate, and we do not reuse your Inputs in a form from which a third party could derive your confidential or identifying information.

What the Service generates. As between you and us, we own all insights, analyses, recommendations, and other output generated by the Service ("Output"), including the right to retain and reuse Output (in original or de-identified form) to improve the Service. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, save, share, distribute, and apply the Output you receive for any purpose, personal or commercial, without restriction. In plain terms: the intellectual property in the system and its Output belongs to us, but you are fully entitled to use the insight you receive however you wish — that is what your subscription provides.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digital JD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
